Delegating to us is easy.
For you to gain the most from our service, we know working with us has to be simple.
We use WhatsApp messaging, Zoom and all the usual forms of communication to make sure we are easily accessible, and all you need do is 'ping' when something comes to mind.
Appointments we make for you will be sent by email with a .ics file attached so you can save them straight to your calendar.
We collate everything securely in Delegate, our in-house system built for maximum security, to give you confidence in everything we do.

There’s an upgrade option available to enable your partner, adult children, office EA or House Manager to instruct us and share the resources available.

We’re fastidious in the selection of our people, and you’ll be supported by former Project Managers, EAs of FTSE companies, and House Managers from Private Households. Our mission as a company is to provide game-changing home-life support for senior professionals under pressure.

We are often asked about what we do. Naturally we don’t share the details.
Every client uses the service in a unique way which adds the most value for them. From family co-ordination, holiday research, household fix list, through to project management of a full property renovation. And everything in between.

We assign a lead EA to each client, who you’ll meet at a Welcome Zoom after you sign with us. Of note our offering is a team based service, which means you will be supported by others on the team at times your lead EA is offline. In our experience a team solution brings clients the very best outcomes because we can draw on the wide range of skills and experience across the team.

We’ll be in touch with you at all the key moments in every task, and especially when there’s a decision to make. Every client has a private WhatsApp group with the CiD team. This makes any back and forward quick and easy, and enables you to send (for instance) a photo of the bill to pay, or the gate for fixing, or a meter reading. And when you’re on the run and something comes to mind, you can ‘ping and forget’.
We also send a ‘Weekly Wins’ email every Friday to report on the outcomes and remain accountable in all we do.

We know it’s important for you to feel in control and we’ll always make sure you’re the decision maker. You’ll be presented with options to choose from where it’s relevant and kept informed of any costs associated with the task before you’re committed.

We’ll let you know. You’ll receive a monthly service update letting you know if you’re on track or if there are any unused days rolled forward. Equally if you’ve used more days than your package allows for, we’ll ask you to nudge up a level next month to accommodate the extra time use.

The longer you sign for, the more flexibility you’ll have to use the resource. Days left unused at the end of the contract term you chose are lost when you renew into a new term.

Subscription payments are taken for the month ahead on a monthly basis. The first payment will be made when you sign with us. You can choose to pay via recurring direct debit payments using Go Cardless or recurring credit card payments via Stripe. Register once and the rest if taken care of for you.

We’ll take care of the tradesperson’s paperwork and add any amounts to an invoice sent to you at the end of the next calendar month.
