Lifeline subscription service - for regular ongoing support

The Lifeline subscription means you can use our service as often as you need and in as many different ways as you like. There's a fixed price monthly subscription covering up to 8 hours of time worked on your behalf in the month. For most of our clients this is just the right amount of support they need on a monthly basis.

If things are especially hectic, and more than 8 hours are needed within the same month, we invoice the extra hours afterwards at a subscribers' reduced rate of £35.00 per hour. You only pay for extra hours when you need them.

Your subscription includes the cost of all the calls we make on your behalf, and all the stationery, faxes and standard first class stamps we use, as well as the costs involved in running any local errands. It's simple, and it offers an ongoing Lifeline for those under time pressure all of the time.

Stay within the 8 hours per month, and for less than £15 a day, your life can get itself organised, letting you get on with more important things.

Now and Again service package - for busy times

Perhaps there's a backlog of jobs, maybe you're moving home or perhaps there's a big project you've been putting off. You know you could do with some help, just not all of the time. The same exacting standards of Consider it Done service and support apply. The cost of all the stationery, faxes and standard first class stamps we use, as well as any expenses involved in running any local errands are included.

The difference is that you can spread out the use of your 8 hour time bank. Perhaps use 4 hours one month, 2 hours the next, and any unused time can be rolled over for future use for as long as you like.

We'll let you know when it's running low, and you can replenish the time bank with another 8 hours when you're ready.

Our Now & Again package means you can rollover any unused time for future use indefinitely.

Our in-house time keeping technology means we can manage your personal time bank to the nearest minute, and get the best out of your spend with us.
